I was first contacted by Derrick while I was on their web site and I asked a question. Derrick answered all of my questions and I set up an appointment to look at some Ford Fusions. My wife and I were warmly welcomed. After a while Darrick introduced us to Mr.Dunn.

Mr.Dunn was very knowledgeable about the Ford products. We picked one out and went for a drive. My wife and I both liked the car. We then talked about the deal. I must say it went very smooth and without pressure. My wife was not sure that she was ready to trade. Both Mr Dunn & Mr. Jones suggested that we take it home overnight. We drove around most of that day. By the time we arrived at home we had decided that the Fusion was home to stay. The next day we went back to Richmond Ford and completed the paperwork. This car is for my wife and she is a happy camper.

If you are looking for a good no pressure place to buy a car Richmond Ford is the place. Mr.Dunn and Mr.Jones are good people and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I went to Richmond Ford this past weekend and we encountered the best car buying experience we ever had. Literally, there wasn’t any haggling or pressure from any of the sales people or managers. Gary was absolutely great to work with. He was very friendly and gave us a lot of information. We didn’t feel any pressure or stress at all, he really came through with a great offer. It didn’t even feel like we were there that long. Not only was Gary a pleasure to work with, but the financial advisor, Jes was great too! In the end they really worked an exceptional deal. Most of the experiences with purchasing a car always left us feeling a little taken advantage of, but when we drove off the lot in our brand new car, we honestly felt like we got the best deal.

Took my car in to you guys for inspection this morning. I have decided that from now on you’re gonna be doing ALL our service! This is the only place I’ve come across so far that does EXACTLY what we want done and doesn’t try to “hang parts” on us by trying to sell crap that they know we don’e really need. Thank you for being honest and not pressuring us every time we bring a car to you. That goes a LONG way in generating loyalty. I know if there was something vital that my car needed you would tell me. I also know you’re not gonna try to sell me (as I said) crap that we don’t really need.

I am originally from St Louis and was treated very well by my Ford dealer there. I was so apprehensive that I would be able to find that same type of “Customer Care” and consideration that I was accustomed to. Richmond Ford has met and exceeded those expectations. My family’s experience started in the Collision Department and has now come complete circle. In the last three years I’ve been through new cars, truck sale, Service and back to the “Quick Lane”. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They will answer any and all questions, you just have to ask. The monthly new car owner meeting is a great way to see the whole dealership. This is your chance to meet and great the Management along with the staff. Ron and Jeanine Kody take pride in their dealership and it shows.

I needed to get my car inspected and was in the downtown area of Richmond near Broad and Staples…someone had told me Richmond Ford services vehicles other than Ford so I decided to give it a try! What a pleasant surprise I had…their service department was super friendly and not only that the actual owner of the store came out and greeted me! Talk about great service. They were wonderful to work with now I’m always going to take my car in for service at Richmond Ford and my next car will most likely be an Escape Hybrid from Richmond Ford as well…Thanks guys!

 I was shopping for a new or used fordfocus in the Richmond area and found one on Richmond ford’s website at www.richmondford.com. After I sent my inquiry, Jeff Jessee sent me an email with the rock bottom price, but also sent me several other focuses that had come into their inventory. I ended up going down to the dealership and taking delivery of one that I had not seen online. The people at the store were great, very friendly, no pressure and did not hassle me with inapproriate questions. I recommendRichmond ford to anyone looking to get treated right when buying a new or used car.
